Refund Policy

If you place an order during one of our promotional sales and the code has not yet gone live. The difference reimbursement is your responsibility, not ours. Before making a purchase, it is your responsibility to confirm that the coupon has been properly applied to your cart. 

Due to the nature of the items we sell and the fact that we disclose every ingredient on our labels and in the product descriptions, we DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS. Make sure our products are appropriate for you by checking again.

In some cases, if we are to blame for (products not received, or improper packaging), we will choose two of the following possibilities:

  1. Refund your full purchase amount if proven we have made a mistake on our end

  2. Provide a store credit

​We only accept products that have been returned UNOPENED and packages that were sent back to the sender. Please read what follows. 

Return Policy

​Because of our 7-day return policy, you only have 7 days from the time you get your order to inform us that you want to return it. We won't be able to accept any returns once the seven-day period has gone.

 

You can get in touch with us at sweetbotanicalsllc@yahoo.com to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like customized orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like cosmetics) are some examples of the items that cannot be returned. Gases, volatile liquids, and hazardous goods are also not returnable to us. If you have inquiries or concerns about a particular item, do get in touch.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Returning the item you already own and buying the replacement item separately after the return has been approved is the quickest approach to make sure you get what you want.
