All standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. ( This does not include orders that participate in SALES )

 

International Shipping (Canada & other countries)

Presently, we do ship internationally. Customers from internationally have the option to select their preferred shipping method. Depending on your delivery method, customs will delay the handling of your package.

Shipping Addresses:

​Make sure to provide your exact street address, P.O. box, city, state, and zip code. Don't forget to spell everything out clearly in your address. It will prevent any shipping problems. Sweet Botanicals is not liable for the cost of reshipping or address changes if you submit incorrect information, and we cannot reship or issue a refund until we have received your order. While you are at the address confirmation phase of the checkout process, you have the ability to add, change, or delete shipping addresses. Before confirming your order, TRIPLE CHECK all of the information. At this time, we only ship to one address per order.

Business Days & Holidays:

Only working days (Monday through Friday), excluding national holidays, are used to process and ship all orders. Orders are delivered according to the selected shipping method. Order is followed when shipping out orders. A confirmation email for your order will be sent within 24 to 72 business hours.​
